Introduction to Increasing Your Return on Life

Welcome to my blog!

Over the past ten years, I have worked with hundreds of clients as a financial planner. Some of them were already financially successful when we met, some were just beginning to build financial wealth, and others were recovering from some of life’s hard knocks—rebuilding to reach previous levels of financial success. In addition to categorizing them by financial wealth, I found that they could also be categorized another way--by internal wealth. Some clients were happy internally, content with their lives, while others were very unhappy, unfulfilled.

Here’s what's interesting: The level of fulfillment my clients felt was not related to their financial success. Some who were very successful financially did feel fulfilled, while others were discontented. Some of those who had not yet reached a comfortable financial status were some of the happiest and most fulfilled while others were extremely unhappy. I realized that it all had to do with state of mind--with their way of thinking and their attitude toward life. This recognition came partially from my personal journey. Over the past fifteen years, I’ve spent countless hours reading, thinking, and discussing, to find my own internal fulfillment. I have come to the conclusion that it comes down to three factors. Through this blog, I will share my perspective on what those factors are and how we can all lead fulfilling lives no matter our financial circumstances.

My goal is to help YOU increase YOUR return on life!
